This one’s another Holy Crap Alert.
I’d occasionally come across Darondo’s name — that he was a little-known but much-respected, much-collected soul/funk dude from the 70s, and that he was back touring again — but until recently I never got the chance to hear him. And… Holy Crap! Alert!
