Listen, man, there’s nothing whatsoever wrong with sounding like the Ramones. The Ramones did it, and they were AWESOME.
But it ain’t easy, so I’m glad there’s some S.L.U.G.s around with the riffs and brains (that’s right, you heard me) to pull it off.
Mean Jeans’ album is a front-to-back joyride through a post-apocalyptic future where all that remains is rats, roaches, and Jeans. Also, there is an inquiry as to whether or not there happens to be an extra piece of pizza ’round here.
