The first time I ran through the new Gossip album, I was all, “Yeah, it’s pretty good, and they’re good at that thing that they do, but it’s not really for me. Mrs. Vegetables will probably like it.”
A few days later I put it on while Mrs. V was home, and after three songs, I was scrambling to start the album over — I couldn’t wait until the album was through to hear those songs again.
I don’t even know how Mrs. V feels, but me, I’ve been playing the bajobbos out of Music For Men.
It’s available for download now, but won’t be on CD in the US until sometime this fall, unless you want to buy an import. I’m pretending that makes sense.
