Scarves Of Red Tied ’Round Their Throats

Next up on the list of awesome things about festivals? Seeing really together bands that sound very good and like they are just about to blow up huge. That was Fleet Foxes, who, for 35 minutes on Sunday, made the small stage at Treasure Island feel like the only place in the world.

“Mykonos” was my favorite from their set, but I posted that one last April. So look it up on the Hello Vegetables imeem playlist (did you know you can find old tracks really easily by sorting by artist?).

Fleet Foxes’ whole set was great, though — and “White Winter Hymnal” was an obvious crowd-pleaser, so here you go, crowd!

Bonus Who Loves You, Baby?

Me plus the guy who took this high quality video of that “Mykonos” performance on Sunday. If I hug you while you watch it it will be just like being there.
