…And You Look Neat, And Come Witcha Briefcase.

This is a nice one to help kick the work week off.
After the blessed success of Dr. Octagon, somebody at Sony realized that Kool Keith was a genius and needed to be on the label’s roster. Naturally, when Keith showed up and started being himself, Sony was completely shocked.
I don’t know what more they could have asked for — Keith even turned in a profanity-free album! But the label didn’t know what to do with him once they had him, and it was a super flame-out. Keith started using the fan e-mail list to send out complaints about how Sony promised to buy him a digital camera but didn’t. (Read it here! Thank you, Internet!)
Keith’s short-lived “official” Sony-owned website was a riot, though. The bottom of the page featured an “Animal Of The Month” (just a photo — no link, no other information). First month: The Giraffe.
Keith was made for the corporate world. For the rest of you, knowing this song will at least make the office seem more interesting.
Kool Keith - The Girls Don’t Like The Job from Black Elvis/Lost In Space, which Sony has probably sworn never to print again, but you can find it used through amazon and elsewhere.
