You Won’t Find Me In Your Handbook Of Heroes

The Boys Next DoorI avoided listening to Door, Door for years — thinking it was the usual “let’s reissue the famous guy’s first album” deal (The Manish Boys, anyone?).

Then my pal hooked me up with a copy, and I was (to say the least) flubberblusted. I regretted the years of listening to it that I had missed, but I’m working on making up for it.

So here you go — The Birthday Party: The Early Years. Have a nice weekend!

OMG, i love them!! all hail sir nick cave. ’shivers’ is one of my all time favorite songs and is the one in “dogs in space” that always makes me cry. actually, both the original and the cover by that aussie chick band are pretty sweet. nice work, kevdogg!
