Oh man, I just wanted to learn a little about this song and ended up disappearing down a wormhole of hateratiousness. There are many accusations of unkind artistic behavior against Crystal Castles, and several people are devoting a lot of time to trying to bring this band down.

When its a Message against the usage of cocain, why the song is named ‘untrust us?’.
My guess is that they were afraid that the song would be taken as a real anti-drug message, which would be uncool.
Although I suppose the lyrics aren’t strictly anti-drug, but more factual. I imagine even cocaine users would agree it’s not good for their health.

either way i think its cool that they tried to do something as twisted n fucked up and (i have to admit it) disturbing as this, at least it makes you think unlike most songs we have to bare nowadays
