No, not like Satan — like the coffee shop on Valencia. (For those of you outside SF, Ritual Coffee Roasters is this cafe full of young indie types and they’re usually playing some good music.)
So here’s my typical Ritual story, which really happened. I’m waiting for my Americano (tasty, thank you) and there’s this good music playing. I ask the coffee-making lady what it is, and she says she thinks it’s the cashier’s music. Then she says “Hey (cashier’s name), what is this playing?” And he says:
“It’s called The Octopus Project.”
