Today, all the songs are making me cry because someone very special was taken from this world too soon. TP was the definition of the word “lovable,” and he touched countless people with his generosity and his commitment to creating a better world.
In addition to being one of the nicest, most genuine people I’ve ever known, TP was a great lover of bluegrass and folk music. So here’s one to celebrate his warmth and welcoming nature:
Bill Monroe & The Bluegrass Boys – Y’all Come
and one that will make us weep, but hopefully will also give us strength:
Ralph Stanley & The Clinch Mountain Boys – Green Pastures In The Sky
