After yesterday’s post I had this song in my head all day long. Maybe not one of The Possum’s greatest (which are too many to count), but it still gives me goosebumps sometimes. Possibly because several of the people he sings about that were alive at the time have since passed on, and possibly because the Opry really is in musical danger.
